Chef Joe Sanchez ~ Executive Chef
Born in Spain and raised in France, Chef Joe Sanchez began his career as a chef when he was a young adult. Arriving in America in 1968 he immediately began working for the Scotto Family in their Port Washington Pizzeria. His contribution in the kitchen proved himself a valuable member of their team and he has been a loyal employee since. Today he is the Executive Chef at The Inn at Fox Hollow and continues to introduce new and creative menu ideas.
