All the while Victor's uncompromising honesty, fairness and unselfishness have made him a role model for his family and colleagues.

Victoria Scotto
As the oldest daughter to Mr. Victor Scotto, Victoria grew up working at her fathers Port Washington pizzeria. When she was old enough, she ventured to the Chateau Briand where she worked as a receptionist during the day and the coat room at night. She left the family business for a short time while she attended college. Upon her return, her father gave her the responsibility of running her own restaurant in Garden City. Here she immersed herself in learning everything there was to know about the business; from front of house to back of house operations.Victoria's work ethic and dedication to the family business has made her an example for employees to follow. All the while she treats each and every employee with the same respect that she expects from each of them. "It takes every single person doing a great job to make the place a success." To this day, Victoria continues to work hard and set an example for employees to follow at The Chateau.
